Based on priority needs of targeted CSOs, this training conducted for them. The main purpose of this training was developing Internal Communication Policy for targeted CSOs under covered areas of ADWRO in Balkh and Samangan Provinces. At the first day of training, trainees were trained on concept of effective business communication and organizational communication for enhancing of their knowledge on effective/ formal communication in order to use Internal Communication Policy after developing within their organization. During second and third days of training participants worked practically on developing their own policies considering their organizational mission and requirements. Finally, they developed their policies during three days. Developed policies will share with CPI.
