A1.1. Training of Introduction of New Financial Basic System for Internal Staff;

On June 16 and 17, 2015 ADWRO conducted Introduction of New Financial Basic System Training for its internal staff and ADWRO staff participated to this training. This Training was for two days to enhance the technical knowledge of finance department staff and other relevant staff. The goal of training was to enhance the capacity of staff and in second step to effect of quality of organization raise capacity of ADWRO. In this training 10 person participated including 3 women and 7 men. the following Issues discussed in this training:

A.2. Conduction of GTEC Session on CSOs Proposals (Re-Granting Process)

 Considering CPI guidance on June 14, 2015, ADWRO GTEC Members Conducted GTEC Session on CSOs proposals that ADWRO has received from CSOs in second round of re-granting; Before conduction of GTEC session ADWRO conducted proposal reviewing (individual reviewing) by GTEC members on Thursday, June 11, 2015 and to this session CPI delegated team participated and as well. During proposal's reviewing 5 persons were as GTEC members (Voting Members) and two persons were as observers. After reviewing of proposals GTEC members conduct the GTEC session on June 14, 2015; at the GTEC session Director of ADWRO was as observer and GTEC members discussed and each of members described its evaluation forms and get final decision regarding selected and rejected proposals. Finally, five proposals were selected and two proposals were rejected.

A.3. Participation on Financial Sustainability Training Conducted by CPI in Kabul:

One June 8 – 11, 2015 counterpart under Afghan Civic Engagement Program (ACEP) organized four days financial sustainability training for its key partners, So ADWRO’s Program Manager and Project Manager were participated in mentioned training. The purpose of the training was to train local Afghan CSOs in the concepts of financial sustainability and social entrepreneurship, with the ultimate aim to make them self-sufficient and sustainable in the long run.

B.1.Provision of Comments and Recommendations for CSOs in Re-Granting Process:

Based on nature of ACEP project, some small grants announced for ADWRO's targeted CSOs in Balkh and Samangan Province and they have written their proposals and submitted on June 3, 2015. ADWRO have determined 8 days for its targZeted COSs to write and submit their proposals. After receiving of proposals ADWRO's GTEC members conducted the GTEC session on June 14, 2015 and next ADWRO team provided some comments on selected proposals sent the proposals to CSOs in order to revise their proposals based on ADWRO recommendations.
